Fund-raising Quiz-11 February

Tickets still available for our fund-raising quiz evening - bring your family and friends!  You don't have to be an egghead, and you're not the weakest link!

La Traviata Auditions

Following the auditions at the beginning of November the female parts have been filled but we are still looking for some male parts - the Baron Douphol (baritone), Marquis D'Obigny (bass) and Doctor Grenvil (bass).  If you feel you might be able to undertake any of these roles, then please complete the contact form and we will get in touch to arrange an audition.

More Men Needed

Due to some of our men retiring this year, we need some more male chorus members.  If you would like to experience a full-stage production, and are able to read music and sing then please come along to a rehearsal at St Paul's School, St Paul's Road, Brentford on Wednesday evening at 7.45pm or give Sheila a ring on 020 568 7642.

Chorus Fees Reduced

You can now be part of the West London Opera chorus for £99 instead of the usual £160.  To put this in its proper perspective, we have actually created a two-tier fee structure for chorus members - £99 mandatory fee, £160 discretionary fee for those who can afford it.  We are mindful that everyone is currently watching their pennies, and we are the losers if you don’t turn up because of cost.  For those who can afford the discretionary fee, remember that every pound we take goes into our productions.  Meantime, if the previous fee structure was putting you off, be revitalised by our decision and come and sing with us.  We are a chorus-based company and we need your voice.  Wednesdays 7.45, St. Paul’s School, St. Paul’s Road, Brentford.
